We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pelayan Makanan (Food Server) to join our team. Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Makanan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work and evening shifts
• Maintaining a high level of communication with colleagues, management, and guests
• Ensuring that all food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
• Managing cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments and processing receipts
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a high level of personal presentation, be able to work well under pressure, and demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude at all times.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 27 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food service industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work and evening shifts
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Not currently enrolled in education
• Able to provide a letter of application and resume
