Responsibilities
As a Spesialis Penjualan Umum, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and innovation
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will also be required to be proactive, results-driven, and adaptable, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Pendidikan: Minimal D3/D4
- Usia: Maksimal 40 Tahun
- Jenis Kelamin: Tidak ada ketentuan
- Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun
- Kemampuan menjual, komunikasi, dan berpenampilan menarik
- Berpengalaman sebagai marketing/sales di bidang institusi keuangan dan perbankan
- Penempatan Bank BNI (Area Jakarta Timur)
- Sehat dan bebas kriminal serta bebas narkoba
- Diutamakan sesuai domisili penempatan
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan surat ijin mengemudi
- Bersedia mengikuti proses rekrutmen yang ada
- Bersedia join segera jika memenuhi kualifikasi
