We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee development and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

- Developing and implementing job descriptions for open positions
- Posting job advertisements and managing the recruitment process
- Conducting onboarding and training for new employees
- Monitoring employee performance and implementing systematic staff development procedures
- Ensuring all personnel and staff matters are handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Managing disciplinary issues and employee complaints
- Handling payroll and calculating employee absences
- Preparing and conducting performance appraisals for employees
In addition to these responsibilities, the Human Resource Officer will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide support and guidance to employees and management as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum experience: 1 year of experience in an HR role or a related field
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner
Preferred qualifications include certification in human resources, experience with HRMS, and a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
