Spesialis Merchandising Penjualan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spesialis Merchandising Penjualan to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing in-store branding and merchandising strategies in building material stores. Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Merchandising Penjualan, your main responsibilities will include:

• Executing in-store branding and merchandising strategies in building material stores, in line with our company’s overall marketing and sales objectives
• Conducting surveys and gathering data on promotions, sales, stock levels, competitor pricing, and market trends to support marketing and sales activities
• Analyzing sales data, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
• Ensuring that all merchandising activities are aligned with our company’s brand guidelines and visual identity
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff

You will be required to work independently, as well as part of a team, and will be expected to be proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Male candidates only
• Valid SIM C license
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications
• Ability to work in a mobile environment and travel to different locations as required
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or marketing in the building materials industry will be highly regarded. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of competitor analysis, sales analysis, and trend analysis.
