Responsibilities

As a Guru Teknik Otomotif SMK, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to teach students about various aspects of automotive technology

• Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve
• Collaborating with other instructors and staff members to develop and implement curriculum and programs
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in automotive technology and incorporating this knowledge into your teaching practices

In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will also be expected to possess excellent soft skills, including strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to students and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum S1 degree in Automotive Technology or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching or a related field
• Ability to teach and communicate effectively with students
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Strong skills in developing and teaching, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a Muslim
