Responsibilities
- Present and moderate live broadcast segments, ensuring smooth flow and audience engagement.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, camera operators, and technical crew to execute show scripts and run‑throughs.
- Prepare and rehearse scripts, cue cards, and talking points while adapting to last‑minute changes.
- Interact with live viewers through chat, Q&A sessions, and social media integrations, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Operate basic streaming tools and teleprompters, and assist the technical team with audio‑visual checks.
- Monitor broadcast standards and compliance, ensuring all content adheres to company policies and local regulations.
- Provide post‑show feedback to production staff, suggesting improvements for future live events.
- Maintain a polished on‑camera presence, including appropriate attire, grooming, and body language.
Requirements
- Age: 18–25 years old.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in live hosting, event MC, or broadcast production is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; clear diction and confident public speaking.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and basic understanding of live‑streaming software.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a serious work ethic.
- Must be a practicing Muslim and willing to adhere to company cultural guidelines.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Kudus, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
