Pencuci Piring

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pencuci Piring (Dishwasher) to join our team at PT. Casa Boga Indonesia, a leading restaurant chain in Indonesia. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities

As a Pencuci Piring, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Operating dishwashing machines and maintaining their cleanliness and functionality
• Manually washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and pans as needed
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Complying with all health and safety regulations and company policies

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and time management. As a Pencuci Piring, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and it is essential that you are able to work efficiently, effectively, and safely under pressure.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Age: Maximum 0 Tahun (note: this requirement may be an error, as it is unlikely that the maximum age would be 0 years old)
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with 1-5 years of experience being highly desirable
• Skills: Food and Beverage Service skills, ability to communicate effectively, work quickly and accurately, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Residence: Candidates must reside in Cimahi, KBB, or surrounding areas
