We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pramuniaga Penjualan Produk Klakah to join our growing retail team. This front‑line sales associate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving product awareness, and contributing to the overall profitability of our store. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations for the Klakah line.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is stocked, labeled, and displayed according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues during busy periods.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, safety, and hygiene, especially when operating under tight deadlines.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions, product manuals, and hands‑on experience.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the consumer goods or fashion sector.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.

- Familiarity with store management systems (e.g., POS, inventory software) is a plus.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak seasons.
