Responsibilities
- Master and continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage scenarios to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Promote products and services through in‑store demonstrations, persuasive presentations, and tailored recommendations.
- Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of display areas, ensuring merchandising standards are met at all times.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales support requests, turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting new clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights on performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to sharpen negotiation and communication skills.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and special sales campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail or B2C sales.
- Strong product knowledge acquisition ability and a keen interest in learning new technologies or services.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Problem‑solving mindset: able to handle customer complaints efficiently and turn them into positive outcomes.
- Organizational skills to keep display areas orderly and maintain accurate sales records.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
