Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Minuman Kopi, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to customers
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, including the coffee shop and equipment
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee products and services
• Handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, while ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applicants of all ages)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (we are an equal opportunities employer)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no experience necessary, as training will be provided)
• Pengalaman di bidang kopi diutamakan (previous experience in the coffee industry is an advantage)
• Komunikatif dan ramah (excellent communication and interpersonal skills)
• Bersedia bekerja shift (ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends)
• Keterampilan Barista (barista skills and knowledge of coffee products and services)
