Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative – Penjualan ke Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our company and its valued customers, promoting our product portfolio, securing new business, and nurturing long‑term relationships. Responsibilities

  • Visit existing and prospective customers on a scheduled route to present and demonstrate product features.
  • Gather detailed customer orders, accurately record specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
  • Monitor the entire sales cycle—from order receipt to delivery—ensuring timely fulfillment and resolving any issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing responsive service and follow‑up support.
  • Track invoicing and payment status, promptly addressing any discrepancies or overdue accounts.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence, analysing competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and forecasting future demand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including logistics, marketing, and finance—to align on promotions, stock levels, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets while adhering to the company’s ethical standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • High integrity, honesty, and a loyal attitude toward the organization.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under a target‑driven system.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Key soft skills: active listening, problem‑solving, time management, and teamwork.
