Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and address inquiries with a courteous attitude.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and process returns or exchanges.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
- Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing merchandise, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Support promotional activities, such as setting up displays, distributing flyers, and informing customers about special offers.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance to help improve the shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and uniform standards.
Requirements
- Age: 18 – 25 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Honesty, reliability, and strong time‑discipline.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for commuting and occasional store errands.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
