Responsibilities

As a Pramusaji Restoran, your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

In this role, you will be expected to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with your scheduling. You will also be required to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a noisy environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 28 years old

• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but experienced candidates are preferred
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
