Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Telesales Penjualan via Telepon to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role focuses on generating revenue through proactive outbound calls, instant messaging (WA), email, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results‑driven woman under 26 years old with at least one year of proven telesales experience, a solid high‑school education, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00, providing ample opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio while building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Utilize WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, and promote the latest offers.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, staying up‑to‑date with new releases, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and market trends.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices specific to the telesales environment.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Maximum age: 25–26 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar telesales or outbound sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a confident phone presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to master product knowledge quickly and convey it effectively.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM software).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Professional demeanor and the capacity to maintain positive customer relationships.
