Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Penjualan Offset dan Packaging, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Staying informed about new products, services, and technologies in the printing and packaging industry

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. You will also be required to travel to customer sites and industry events, as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat (minimum high school diploma or equivalent)
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai sales (printing & packaging lebih disukai) (minimum 1 year of sales experience, with experience in printing and packaging preferred)
• Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excell dengan baik (proficient in Microsoft Excel)
• Berorientasi pada target (results-driven and focused on meeting sales targets)
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan (able to work well under pressure)
• Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C/A (own vehicle and driver’s license)
• Bersedia penempatan di Boyolali, Jawa Tengah (willing to work in Boyolali, Central Java)
• Pendidikan: Minimal D3/D4 (minimum diploma or equivalent)
• Gender: Laki-laki (male)
• Pengalaman minimal: 1 tahun (minimum 1 year of experience)
• Skills: Administrasi (administrative skills)
