Responsibilities

As an Asisten Kitchen, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the culinary team with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Operating kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers, with precision and care
• Supporting the kitchen team during peak periods, ensuring efficient service delivery
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to create innovative and delicious dishes, while maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for an individual with excellent soft skills, including strong communication and teamwork abilities, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Be a female candidate, aged between 25-40 years old
• Have a strong work ethic, with a proven track record of honesty and responsibility
• Possess relevant experience in the culinary industry, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
• Be able to work flexibly, with a willingness to adapt to changing kitchen demands and priorities
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic math and reading skills
• Be proficient in operating kitchen equipment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
