Responsibilities

As a Guru Pendamping Inklusi, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized support to students with special needs, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student
• Developing and implementing inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Collaborating with teachers and other education professionals to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Assessing student progress and identifying areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback and guidance to students and teachers alike
• Staying up-to-date with best practices in inclusive education, attending professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, communicating effectively and empathetically to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate a range of soft skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Muslim/muslimah taat beribadah, with a strong commitment to your faith and values
• Dapat membaca Al-Qur’an dengan lancar, with the ability to recite the Quran with fluency and accuracy
• Memiliki kondisi kesehatan yang prima, with excellent physical and mental health
• Pendidikan terakhir min S1 dengan jurusan yang linier, with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education or special needs
• Pengalaman min 1 tahun dibidang pendidikan, with a minimum of one year’s experience in education or a related field
• Rajin, ulet, komunikatif, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic
• Siap mengupgrade diri tentang dunia pendidikan dan bertanggung jawab, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to take responsibility for your actions
• Lebih disukai berpengalaman mendampingi siswa berkebutuhan khusus, with experience supporting students with special needs an advantage
• Berpenampilan rapi dan menarik, with a neat and attractive appearance

In addition to these requirements, you will need to demonstrate a range of skills, including Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar (teaching skill development) and Metode Pengajaran (teaching methods).
