We are currently open for recruitment for the Crew Store position in Belitung Timur (Manggar). As a Crew Store member, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers. Responsibilities
As a Crew Store member, your main responsibilities will include:

- Offering credit/purchase options to customers who want to buy products, providing them with flexible payment plans and promoting our Home Credit Indonesia services.
- Providing excellent customer service, educating customers about our products and services, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest products and promotions, and making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all displays and merchandise are properly stocked and faced.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and adapt to changing situations. You will also be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Have a minimum education level of SMA/SMK/MA/Paket C or equivalent.
- Be willing to work as a Crew Store member in a store location in Belitung Timur (Manggar).
- Have a friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, or be a fresh graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
- Be resident in Belitung Timur and surrounding areas, with a willingness to work in the local area.
- Have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
