Responsibilities

As a Petugas Hubungan Masyarakat Banjarnegara, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Memasarkan produk serta memperluas pasar atau jaringan BCA Finance: You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, as well as expanding our network and reach in the Banjarnegara area.
• Menjalin relasi dan hubungan baik dengan rekanan yang berkaitan dengan BCA Finance: You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, customers, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Melakukan survey dan analisa data kelayakan konsumen: You will be responsible for conducting surveys and analyzing data to determine the feasibility of our products and services for our customers.
• Membantu memenuhi target penjualan dari BCA Finance: You will be expected to contribute to achieving our sales targets, by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

In addition to these primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to work closely with our team to achieve our business objectives, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all your interactions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan D3/D4/S1 semua jurusan: You will need to have a minimum of a D3/D4 or S1 degree in any field.
• IPK minimal 2.50: You will need to have a minimum GPA of 2.50.
• Menyukai pekerjaan di lapangan: You will need to enjoy working in the field and be willing to travel to different locations.
• Memiliki SIM C dan sepeda motor pribadi: You will need to have a valid SIM C license and own a motorcycle.
• Berdomisili di area Banjarnegara dan sekitarnya: You will need to reside in the Banjarnegara area or surrounding areas.
• Penempatan di BCA Finance Cabang Banjarnegara: You will be based at our Banjarnegara branch.

In addition to these requirements, you will also need to have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
