We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Responsibilities

As a Barista, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks, manual brew coffee, and tea
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals, maintain quality standards, and provide excellent customer service
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee and tea products, including origin, flavor profiles, and preparation methods
• Operating and maintaining coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
• Managing cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining a high level of accuracy with cash handling
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the store, including the coffee bar, storage areas, and equipment

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage your time efficiently. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, and be available to work flexible hours as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Age: Maximum 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Gender: All genders welcome to apply
• Minimum experience: 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Skills: Barista skills, including manual brew and espresso machine operation
• Residence: Tangerang Selatan

In addition to these requirements, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kilograms, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
