Kasir

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kasir to join our team. As a Kasir, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless transactions. Responsibilities

As a Kasir, your primary responsibilities will include handling cash transactions, operating the point-of-sale system, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that all transactions are processed efficiently. Some of your key duties will include:

• Processing cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Operating the point-of-sale system and maintaining its integrity
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the cash handling area
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, and be flexible with your schedule as needed. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. Some of the key requirements include:

• Minimal D3/D4 education or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system and handling cash transactions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
