Responsibilities

As a Staf Kecantikan, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Maintaining a high level of discipline and professionalism in the workplace
• Utilizing your skills and experience to promote and sell beauty products and services
• Working individually and as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum D3/D4 education
• Age between 18-38 years old
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• SMK Kejantikan or experience working in a salon
• Disciplined and professional approach to work
• Attractive and well-groomed appearance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

In addition to these requirements, you will need to have a strong understanding of beauty products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
