We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spesialis Minuman Kopi to join our team. As a specialist in coffee beverages, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to our customers. Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Minuman Kopi, your main duties will include:

• Preparing and serving coffee drinks to customers, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty coffee beverages
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products
• Managing cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system
• Maintaining knowledge of coffee products, including coffee beans, roast levels, and brewing methods
• Developing and implementing new coffee recipes and drinks to keep our menu fresh and exciting

In addition to these technical skills, you will also be expected to demonstrate excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work well under pressure is essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
