We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Sales Manager to join our team in Sunter. As a Lead Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing our sales team to achieve sales targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, building customer relationships, and handling sales closing and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and directing the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Monitoring and analyzing team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve sales results
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling sales closing and coordination with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and operations
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to drive business growth and improvement

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum D3/D4 education in Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture/interior industry
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Good understanding of furniture products and market trends, with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market research
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth and improvement
  • Domestic residence in Sunter and surrounding areas is preferred
