Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Minuman Kopi, your main duties will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee products, including coffee beans, roasting methods, and brewing techniques
• Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for candidates with excellent soft skills, including good communication and teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 24 years old
• Good attitude and well-groomed appearance
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Minimum 0 years of experience (we welcome fresh graduates and those new to the industry)
• Skills: Keterampilan Barista (barista skills)
