Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned villages and neighborhoods, establishing trust with women‑run micro‑enterprises and assessing their business needs.
- Deliver tailored financial literacy workshops that cover budgeting, simple bookkeeping, disciplined savings habits, and effective debt management.
- Facilitate group‑based micro‑credit financing without collateral, ensuring timely disbursement of capital and monitoring repayment schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, listening attentively to challenges, proposing practical solutions, and coordinating with internal loan officers for additional support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, training attendance, loan performance, and progress reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with local community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies to align program activities with broader socio‑economic development goals.
- Provide feedback to the program manager on emerging trends, common obstacles, and opportunities for scaling impact.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of community outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 18‑33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 degree is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for social interaction and community building.
- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse cultural contexts and work independently in remote locations.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with solid organizational abilities.
