Petugas Linen

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petugas Linen to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities

As a Petugas Linen, your primary responsibilities will include managing the linen inventory, processing laundry and dry cleaning, and ensuring that all linens are clean, ironed, and distributed to the relevant departments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the linen room, as well as ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. Additionally, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage linen inventory and process laundry and dry cleaning
• Ensure all linens are clean, ironed, and distributed to relevant departments
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the linen room
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry. You will also need to have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, as well as a guest-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays is also essential.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related position
• Relevant hospitality background is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Guest-oriented with strong service mindset
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Professional, disciplined, and well-groomed appearance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to handle guest complaints and provide excellent service

In terms of education, a minimum of a D3/D4 degree is required, and you should be no older than 0 years old. We welcome applicants of all genders and require a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
