Responsibilities

As a Pramusaji, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant, cafe, or pastry shop
• Working effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our menu and services to make recommendations to customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and being available to work on a shift basis
• Collaborating with other staff members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to be adaptable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You will also be required to maintain a high level of personal hygiene and grooming, and to adhere to our company’s dress code and uniform policy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Age: Maximum 0 years (we welcome applications from candidates of all ages)
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Experience: Minimum 0 years (we welcome applications from candidates with no prior experience)
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to be available to work on a shift basis
• Experience in the restaurant, cafe, or pastry shop industry is an advantage, but not essential
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian, with additional language skills being an advantage
