Responsibilities

As a Guru Matematika & Bahasa Inggris, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to teach mathematics and English to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding of mathematical and English concepts
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and educational activities
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 and maximum age of 50 years
• Minimum education level of S1 (Bachelor’s degree) or currently enrolled as a university student
• For candidates with an SMA/pesantren background, a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience is required
• Good behavior, honesty, trustworthiness, and adherence to rules and regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Mondays to Saturdays, with variable working hours
