Responsibilities

<p_As a Pelayan Wanita, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor, even in high-pressure situations

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives. This will involve communicating effectively, sharing ideas and feedback, and supporting each other to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK/Sederajat)
• Female
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Open-minded and receptive to feedback and new ideas
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service

In terms of skills, you will need to have experience in food and beverage service, including knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. You will also need to be proficient in basic math skills, including handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
