Tentor IPA SMP

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tentor IPA SMP to join our team. Responsibilities

As a Tentor IPA SMP, your main responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. You will also be expected to participate in staff meetings, contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum, and stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including:

• Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• No prior experience is required, but experienced candidates are preferred
• Ability to work with students of all ages and backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar (Teaching Skill Development) and Metode Pengajaran (Teaching Methods)
• Own transportation is required, as well as availability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
