Staf Penerimaan

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Staf Penerimaan. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry services at our Tavajnjuka Permai location. Responsibilities

As a Staf Penerimaan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Managing and coordinating the receipt and processing of laundry items, ensuring that all items are handled with care and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively with our team to ensure that all laundry services are delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer information, laundry items, and service delivery
• Participating in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of discipline, honesty, and teamwork, and to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates of all ages)
• Gender: Perempuan (female candidates only)
• Minimum experience: 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates with no prior experience)
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a laundry or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
• Basic knowledge of store management systems, including inventory management and point-of-sale systems

In addition to these requirements, you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, and to be able to work effectively in a team environment.
