Responsibilities

As a Petugas Pengumpulan Kota Agung, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and overseeing the implementation of collection activities (A/R Overdue) to ensure timely and efficient completion
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and improve overall collection processes
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and negotiation
• Utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and resolve disputes in a professional and courteous manner
• Conducting thorough analysis and investigation to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize collection processes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities and providing regular reports to management

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a focus on achieving targets. You will also be required to work effectively in a team environment, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 in all fields
• Terbuka untuk lulusan baru (open to new graduates)
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun (minimum 1 year of experience in the same field)
• Maksimal usia 29 tahun (maximum age 29 years old)
• Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan berorientasi pada target (understanding of multifinance business processes and target-oriented)
• Memiliki kegiatan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik, negosiasi, integritas, ulet, teliti, dan jujur (excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation, integrity, persistence, thoroughness, and honesty)
• Penempatan Sesuai Domisili (placement according to domicile)

In addition to these requirements, you will need to demonstrate a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also essential.
