Konsultan Asuransi Jiwa

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Konsultan Asuransi Jiwa (Life Insurance Consultant) to join our team at AIA Bancassurance. As a Life Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in both the insurance and banking industries, providing protection and investment solutions to clients. Responsibilities

As a Konsultan Asuransi Jiwa, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting sales of AIA insurance products at our partner banks
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff and clients
• Creating regular monthly sales productivity reports
• Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
• Working collaboratively with the bank’s staff to achieve sales targets and goals

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to continuously improve your knowledge and skills in the areas of insurance, finance, and sales.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: D3/D4
• Minimum experience: 1 year in sales, marketing, front office, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets and goals
• Strong integrity, discipline, and responsibility
• Willingness to be placed in any of our partner bank branches in the Magelang, Pati, Kudus area
