We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kediri. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing information about our products and services
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, and providing the best possible solutions
- Assisting customers with the purchasing process, ensuring transactions are smooth and accurate
- Maintaining a well-organized store, ensuring products are stocked and available as needed
- Explaining and promoting special promotions or offers to customers
- Updating customer data and ensuring accurate contact information in our system
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be confident and persuasive, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or equivalent
- Age: Maximum 26 years old
- Gender: No specific requirement
- Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience in customer service or sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Physical requirements: Minimum height of 155 cm for females and 165 cm for males, with a proportionate and attractive appearance
- Skills: Administration, sales analysis, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
