Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and outlet goals
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
• Working flexibly, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 30 years old
• Any gender
• Minimum experience: 0 years (training will be provided)
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Ability to work hard, be honest, and work effectively in a team
• Ownership of a personal vehicle is required
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and peak periods

In terms of skills, you should have a good understanding of store management systems and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
