Introduction
The Madrasah Aliyah is seeking a dedicated Guru Tahfidz Al‑Qur’an to join our vibrant educational community. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Qur’anic memorization curricula that align with the Madrasah’s academic standards and religious objectives.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, incorporating multimedia tools and IT resources to enhance student engagement and accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments, monitor student progress, and provide personalized feedback to ensure mastery of the six Juz memorization requirement.
- Organize and lead weekly halaqah sessions, recitation circles, and peer‑learning activities that promote collaborative learning and spiritual reflection.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and certification achievements, and report outcomes to senior academic staff.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate Qur’anic teachings into broader subjects such as Arabic language, Islamic ethics, and civic education.
- Utilize classroom management techniques that encourage open communication, respect, and a friendly atmosphere for all students.
- Participate in professional development workshops, community outreach programs, and inter‑madrasah competitions to stay current with pedagogical best practices.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Islamic Education, Arabic Studies, or a related field.
- Age: Candidates must be within the eligible age range as defined by the institution.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven teaching experience in a secondary‑level Islamic school or comparable setting.
- Religious qualification: Certified Syahadah and ability to recite the Qur’an fluently.
- Memorization: Must have memorized a minimum of six Juz of the Qur’an.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable using educational software, online resources, and basic IT tools for lesson enhancement.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, empathy, honesty, responsibility, and a friendly demeanor that fosters trust among students and parents.
