Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Staff, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive and memorable experience
• Managing orders, taking payments, and handling customer inquiries
• Working closely with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety
• Developing and maintaining relationships with regular customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and promote our products
• Participating in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to be flexible and adaptable, willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 25 years old
• Gender: Male
• Minimum experience: 0 years (training will be provided)
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling, with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

In addition to these requirements, you will need to be proficient in our store management system and have a strong understanding of our products and services.
