Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and serve a variety of meals and beverages in accordance with standardized recipes and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitization of equipment, utensils, and service areas.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels, reporting shortages, and helping with restocking procedures.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operation during peak service hours.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing inquiries and handling special requests with professionalism.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and waste disposal practices.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
- Support team members by offering assistance during busy periods, fostering a cooperative and positive work environment.
- Record and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 29 years or younger.
