Responsibilities
- Process daily orders from multiple marketplace platforms, verifying payment, shipping details, and inventory availability.
- Maintain accurate product listings, including uploading photos, writing concise descriptions, and updating pricing or promotional information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media, providing friendly and solution‑oriented service.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule pick‑ups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
- Compile and analyze sales data, preparing weekly and monthly reports that highlight trends, top‑selling items, and areas for improvement.
- Create engaging social‑media content (posts, stories, reels) that showcases new arrivals, special offers, and brand values.
- Assist in inventory audits, flagging low‑stock items and recommending re‑order quantities.
- Support the marketing team by scheduling promotional campaigns and ensuring all marketplace banners are up‑to‑date.
- Document standard operating procedures and suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, maintaining honesty, discipline, and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a flexible approach to experience.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
