Responsibilities

<p_As a Praktisi Sumber Daya Manusia, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the best candidates are hired for the organization
• Developing and implementing effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Providing guidance and support to employees on human resource-related matters, such as employee benefits, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and productive work environment
• Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure that human resource processes and procedures are operating effectively and efficiently
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resource management to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives. This will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates of all ages)

• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (we are happy to consider applications from candidates with little or no experience, as well as those with more extensive experience)
• Fresh Graduate / berpengalaman Fried Chicken / F&B (we are looking for candidates with a background in the food and beverage industry, or those who are eager to learn and develop their skills in this area)

In terms of specific skills and qualifications, you will need to have a strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Sistem Manajemen Toko (store management systems) would be an advantage, but is not essential.
