Responsibilities

As an Asisten Restoran, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience. Your duties will include managing tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be required to work effectively as part of a team, supporting your colleagues during busy periods and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

• Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Develop and maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to make recommendations to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. You should be able to work well under pressure, manage your time effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in a related field is preferred.

• Maksimal umur 35 tahun (maximum age 35 years)
• Memiliki pengalaman dibidang FnB selama 1 tahun (minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry)
• Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik (good time management skills)
• Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim (ability to work effectively as part of a team)
• Tidak sedang kuliah (not currently enrolled in school)
• Lulusan bidang tersebut nilai plus (graduates of related fields are preferred)
• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Gender: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders)
• Pengalaman minimal: 1 tahun (minimum 1 year of experience)
• Skills: Dukungan Teknis (technical support skills)
