Barista Bergerak Depok

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at Barista Bergerak Depok. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages to our customers using our provided electric motorbike armada. Responsibilities

As a Barista at Barista Bergerak Depok, your main responsibilities will include:

• Selling coffee and non-coffee beverages using our provided electric motorbike armada
• Working in a target-oriented environment to meet sales goals and objectives
• Working in the field, interacting with customers, and providing excellent customer service
• Working on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and having weekdays off

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, including coffee and non-coffee beverages, and make recommendations to customers. You will also be responsible for managing cash transactions, operating a point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent
• Maximum age: 50 years old
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience (we welcome new graduates and those looking to start their career as a Barista)
• Skills: Customer relationship management, public speaking, and excellent communication skills
