We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and monitoring of our branch office, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the quality and quantity of our portfolio are developing in line with our goals and objectives
- Leading and managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing to the best of their abilities
- Developing and implementing strategies for capacity building, workflow monitoring, and conflict management
- Overseeing the recruitment, service, and mentoring of partners, ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
- Evaluating, validating, and approving financing applications, ensuring that all decisions are made in accordance with our credit rating and partner eligibility criteria
- Optimizing the repayment rate of our branch office, ensuring that all financial obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Developing and implementing operational strategies for our branch office, including expansion, financing, recruitment, service, and partner mentoring
- Managing the overall administration of our branch office, including human resources, finance, and facilities management
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum education level: D3/D4
- Maximum age: 30 years old
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
- Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar role
- Skills: Administration, critical and innovative thinking, Microsoft Office, sales administration, sales analysis tools, strategic leadership
