As a Business Partner, you will act as the frontline ambassador of our brand, building relationships with retailers, distributors, and end‑customers across the Labuhan Batu region. Responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door visits and store visits to promote product visibility and ensure optimal shelf placement.
• Identify and recruit new retail partners, negotiating terms that align with company objectives.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer trends to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as volume, revenue, and market share.
• Organize and execute local promotional events, product demonstrations, and sampling activities to boost brand awareness.
• Provide training and support to retail staff on product features, merchandising standards, and sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow‑up actions using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and implement territory growth plans.

Requirements

• Male or female candidates, maximum age 28 years at the time of application.
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with up to a S1 degree are also welcome.
• Own a reliable motorbike for daily travel across the Labuhan Batu territory.
• Willingness to work in a field‑based marketing role with flexible hours (08:00‑19:00, Monday‑Friday).
• Ability to commit to an initial 12‑month contract, with the prospect of permanent placement thereafter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates and self‑motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off).
• Base salary: Rp 3,598,000 per month.
