As a result, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Kepala Cabang (Branch Head) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

After becoming a market leader in the automotive industry, particularly in the Honda motorcycle sector, Tridjaya has transformed into the Tridjaya Group, with various business lines. Our company has experienced rapid growth, with 12 branches established in less than 2 years across various locations in Subang, Indramayu, Sumedang, Cikampek, Karawang, and now in Manado, Sulawesi Utara.

Responsibilities

As a Kepala Cabang at Tridjaya Elektronik & Furniture, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base
• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company objectives
• Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and making informed decisions to drive business growth

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum education level: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 55 years old
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Minimum experience: 2 years in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Skills: Marketing coordination, leadership, sales management, sales orientation, tactical leadership, team leadership, and coordination
