The successful candidate will leverage an extensive network of professional contacts, demonstrate a proven track record in B2B sales, and guide complex tender processes from inception to award.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify high‑potential corporate and government accounts across multiple industry sectors.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches that articulate the value of Hasanah Project’s end‑to‑end manufacturing services, including design, production, and post‑delivery support.
- Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and establish long‑term partnership agreements that align with both client objectives and company profitability goals.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads, regularly updating the CRM system with detailed activity notes, forecasted revenue, and strategic next steps.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including design, production, logistics, and finance—to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Manage the full tender lifecycle: prepare bid documents, coordinate technical and commercial inputs, respond to RFQs, and present proposals to decision‑makers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and potential threats.
- Represent Hasanah Project at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new relationships.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting sales metrics, pipeline health, and strategic insights.
- Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices in lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing, uniform, or promotional merchandise sectors.
- Demonstrated success in selling to corporate clients and government agencies, with a strong portfolio of existing leads and professional contacts.
- Proven ability to manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle—from initial outreach and pitching to closing deals and nurturing long‑term collaborations.
- Extensive experience participating in tender processes, including preparation of bid packages, compliance checks, and post‑submission negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in sales, marketing, or business administration are a plus.
