Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Experience Programming professional to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is crucial for bridging technology and guest services, ensuring that our hotel’s operational systems run smoothly and that every guest enjoys a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen, strong communication skills, and a passion for service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain hotel server infrastructure to guarantee 24/7 availability.
- Collaborate with front‑desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments to align IT solutions with operational standards.
- Implement and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all technology‑related processes within the hotel.
- Conduct regular performance audits, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide on‑site technical support during peak periods, ensuring swift resolution of any system disruptions.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for system usage, data security, and customer service.
- Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and holidays, to maintain continuous coverage.
- Work closely with external vendors for hardware upgrades, software licensing, and maintenance contracts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
- Assist in the rollout of new hospitality technologies, such as mobile check‑in, smart room controls, and loyalty program integrations.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; SMA/SMK acceptable with strong relevant experience.
- Experience: At least 1 – 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in server monitoring, network troubleshooting, and basic scripting.
- Understanding of hotel operational standards across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and ability to represent the brand positively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
