Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Restoran, your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease, and ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service. Additionally, you will be required to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle customer payments, operate a point-of-sale system, and maintain a high level of accuracy with orders and payments
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 27 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service, customer-oriented, and target-oriented
• Able to work on a shift system, including public holidays and weekends
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
