Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Floor Leader to join our fast‑growing restaurant network in Kab. Bulungan (Sengkawit). This role is a key stepping stone for individuals who aspire to advance their career in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, particularly in managerial store positions. As a Floor Leader, you will be the operational backbone of the outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery, staff coordination, and overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform crew duties across all stations—including server, kitchen, bar, and cashier—to maintain a hands‑on understanding of daily operations.
  • Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to opening and closing procedures, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular stock opname, monitor inventory levels, and manage procurement to prevent shortages or waste.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, taking into account peak periods, shift rotations, and employee availability.
  • Lead, coach, and train new hires, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Monitor crew performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, portion control, and timely service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Participate in a comprehensive 3‑ to 6‑month training program at any Mie Gacoan branch, with accommodation, transportation, and living expenses fully covered by the company.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports on sales, labor costs, and operational metrics for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 (any major) with a strong academic record.
  • Prior experience in the Food & Beverage sector is preferred, though fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse crew.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Analytical mindset for inventory control, conflict management, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in presenting reports, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Willingness to undergo an intensive training period; the company will cover all associated costs.
